Taxonomy Koenemann & Holsinger (1999) raised all bogidiellid subgenera, mostly established by Stock (1981), to generic level status. They also took a number of genera out of the family, most of which they left incertae sedis at that point. Their familial classification is specified in Lowry & Myers (2013).  [details]
