Taxonomic remark Thomson (1873) attributed the name to Norman, but did not quote an actual description by Norman (as he did for another species Cymonomus granulatus (Norman, in C. W. Thomson, 1873) [Ethusa]), and therefore the name falls by default to Thomson which means he unintentionally named a species after himself. [details]
