Diagnosis Test discoidal, compressed, globular proloculus followed by tubular planispirally enrolled second chamber of about one volution in length and then with two or three rapidly enlarging chambers per whorl, coiling evolute, sutures radial, slightly curved; wall calcareous, imperforate, porcelaneous, surface smooth; aperture at the end of the final chamber, slightly constricted by a thickened rim.
