synonymy Polymerurus tesselatus and Xenotrichuloides mirabilis have been discribed independantly and by different authors. The description of P. tesselatus is based on juvenile specimens, while the description of X. mirabilis was based on older and morphologically slightly different individuals. Their specific identity has been discovered by a third author (Hummon), which has then not published the description of X. mirabilis, making this species a nomen nudum. [details]Unreviewed
