Nomenclature Expected to be not valid in Malmgreniella following an application by Muir & Chambers (2008), ICZN Opinion 2233 in 2009 decreed that Malmgrenia andreapolis was the new type species for genus Malmgrenia, previously typified by monotypy by Malmgrenia whiteavesii McIntosh, 1874. [details]
