Nomenclature Malmgren's spelling was 'Nordenskiöldi' An umlaut in the original name is not made into ‘oe’ except for German words (ICZN 32.5.2.1). The spelling nordenskioldi, as given in Hartman (1959) catalogue p506, appears to be the correct spelling. The spelling nordenskioeldi of some records is an incorrect alternative. The spelling nordenskjoldi (e.g. Jirkov, 2001) appears to be a lapsus. [details]Unreviewed
