Nomenclature The name Taringa Marcus, 1955 has been given precedence over Aporodoris Ihering, 1886, under provisions of ICZN Article 23.9.2 (Valdés & Gosliner, 2001, p. 171). However, their action is nullified by the use of Aporodoris as a valid genus by Burn in 1973. [details]
