Taxonomic remark Taxonomic position of this species uncertain. Described in a genus of it's own (Pilgramilla) by Sekera (1911). Transferred...  
Taxonomic remark Taxonomic position of this species uncertain. Described in a genus of it's own (Pilgramilla) by Sekera (1911). Transferred to Provortex by Graff ( 1913), a view followed by Nasonov (1926) and Ruebush & Hayes (1939). Marcus (1950: p.32), however, disagrees with this transfer, a view followed by most recent taxonomical treatments (e.g. Kolasa, 1977; Schwank in several contributions), but not all (mostly in phylogenetic analyses just listing the species, no taxonomical works: e.g. Laumer et al., 2015; Van Steenkiste et al., 2013). Provisionally, the taxon Pilgramilla is accepted here. [details]
