A new species of Mysidacea belonging to the genus Anisomysis S.S. is described : A. vasseuri. It is near close allied to A. hanseni described from Madagascar and to A. levi described from Red Sea. This opossum shrimp was caught near the mouth of coral reef caves, at about 10 m deep.
