"Ich schliesse mich aber den Autoren an, die in dem Fehlen oder Vorhandensein von Augen keinen Genus-Charakter erblicken (Remane, p. 345; Nyholm, p. 4; Lang, p. 10) und vereine daher die Gattungen Echinoderella und Echinoderes unter dem letztgenannten Namen." [However I follow those authors, who do not see a genus-specific character in the lack or existence of eyes (Remane, p. 345; Nyholm, p. 4; Lang, p. 10) and therefore unite the genera Echinoderella and Echinoderes under the latter name.]
