This image was first classified as "Groene zeedonderpad - Taurulus bubalis" After feedback received from Jan Ranson (Jan.Ranson@ilvo.vlaanderen.be), the image was updated to include Myoxocephalus scorpius: "Deze foto toont volgens mij een gewone zeedonderpad, Myoxocephalus scorpius en niet de Groene zeedonderpad, door het ontbreken van een fel witte franje aan de mondhoek, kortere stekel op kieuwdeksel dat minder dat uitsteekt en kleur dat naar gewone Zeedonderpad neigt (bruin ipv groenige schijn)."
