Ecology This species is often observed living on hydrozoan species such as Abietinaria abietina, Hydrallmania falcata and sertularia cupressina. It is well known that this species grows on bryozoans and hydrozoans in the English Channel or on a brachiopod species of Terebratella in New Zealand [details]
