Diagnosis Test elongate ovate in outline, slightly compressed and ovate in section, early chambers added in five planes, later becoming biserial, chambers narrow and elevated, only slightly overlapping, sutures strongly oblique, distinct, depressed; wall calcareous, finely perforate, hyaline radial in structure, surface smooth or rarely finely striate; aperture terminal, radiate.
