Ruwe zeerasp of zeerasp (Hydractinia echinata (Fleming, 1828)) op Gewone tepelhoorn (Natica catena (Da Costa, 1778), synoniem van Euspira catena (Da Costa, 1778)) (ter hoogte van de Panne) A: Kolonie A1: Vergroting: x1,5 A2: Vergroting: x15 Dact. = dactylozoïden (tentakels die het voedsel vangen); ép. = épines (stekel); gast; = gastrozoïden (spijsverteringspoliepen); gonz. = gonozoïden (voortplantingspoliepen), sp. = spiralozoïde B: Schelp van Natice B1: Normale opening B2: Na bewoond te zijn door een heremietkreeft of heremietkrab en bedekt met een Hydractinia, abnormale opening B3: Een longitudinale doorsnede, die het verband toont tussen de zeerasp (H.) en de schelp (C.) B4: Hetzelfde ontkalkt, toont enkel het skelet van de zeerasp
