It seems to me that this photo corresponds to a Turitelle, not to the Mesalia mesal of Deshayes. If you compare with the other photos on your base, you can see that the spiral cords of the Mesalia are very far apart near the sutures of each of the turns. This turitelle has much tighter cords. It is only on the last turn that we observe slightly more protruding cords which can prove misleading for the determination.
