Additional information (en): This feature is incised into the outer continental shelf and upper continental slope, between 20 km and 35 km offshore from the SE coast of the South Island of New Zealand. A tributary of Saunders Channel. The name first appeared on Coastal Bathymetry Series (CBS) chart 'Otago' in 1969. Minimum depth (m): 130. Maximum depth (m): 1150. Total relief (m): 1020. Dimension/size: 17 km x 6 km.
