GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Chinese survey vessel "Li Siguang Hao". Year of discovery: 2004. History: Jujiu is the name, in Chinese, of a kind of waterfowl, selected from The Book of Poetry. The original text says: "The waterfowl would coo upon a sandbar in the brook." The song, the first in The Book of Poetry, relates to courtship in ancient China and reflects certain attitude of social life at that time.
