Additional information (en): This Seamount Province is limited to the area covered with a broad platform known as "Urdaneta Plateau" within the scientific community working on the Philippine Sea. It includes some ten seamounts located on the Plateau. It should be noted that a number of nearby features (Seamounts, Hills, Ridges), located outside the Plateau, have also be named after renowned Japanese writers in association with the Great Writers Seamount Province. Minimum depth (m): 1653. Maximum depth (m): 6090. Total relief (m): 4437. Dimension: 235 km × 205 km |
