Notes GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Chinese research vessel "Haiyang Erhao". Year of discovery: 1980. History: Named from its shape, as this feature has "two peaks" which translates as Shuangfeng in Chinese. It was named as such in 1986 by the Chinese Government.
