Additional information (en): This feature comprises three canyons on the upper continental slope, located approximately 115 km W-NW of Cape Egmont on the W coast of the North Island of New Zealand. They extend westwards towards the southern end of New Caledonia Trough. The name first appeared on Oceanic Bathymetry Series (OBS) chart 'Cook' in 1991. Minimum depth (m): 200. Maximum depth (m): 1000. Total relief (m): 800. Dimension/size: 25 km x 15 km.
