Notes Additional information (en): This feature has an irregular shape. It was named in 1986 by the Chinese government. Minimum depth (m): 3046. Maximum depth (m): 4372. Total relief (m): 1326. Dimension/size: 64 km × 55 km.    
GEBCO: associated meeting, proposer and year of proposal (en): Associated meeting: SCUFN-34.3. Proposer: China Geological Survey. History: 2021.     
GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: Chinese research vessel "Haiyangdizhi Sihao". Year of discovery: 1984. History: "Dazhenzhu" means "large pearl" in Chinese. The feature is located in a sea area which is rich in pearls.
