History: Named after Mr Sean Gilbert Peter Burns (1961-2023), who served as the Ascension Island Government Administrator between 2019 and 2022, as well as having served on both Tristan da Cunha and St Helena. He later resumed a previous posting as Administrator on Tristan da Cunha, during which he sadly and very unexpectedly passed away in March 2023. |
