GEBCO: associated meeting, proposer and year of proposal (en): Associated meeting: SCUFN-36. Proposer: Governor of St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha. History: 2023.     
GEBCO: discoverer and year of discovery (en): Discoverer: British Royal Research Ship "Discovery". Year of discovery: 2022. History: Named after Mr Sean Gilbert Peter Burns (1961-2023), who served as the Ascension Island Government Administrator between 2019 and 2022, as well as having served on both Tristan da Cunha and St Helena. He later resumed a previous posting as Administrator on Tristan da Cunha, during which he sadly and very unexpectedly passed away in March 2023.
