9th International Conference on Copepoda

Location: Hammamet, Tunisia
Event Type: Meeting
Event Date: 2005-07-11
End Date: 2005-07-15

Event Description:
The Ninth International Conference on Copepoda will combine mini-symposia, keynote speakers in themed contributed paper sessions and evening discussions.

The triennial International Copepod Conferences typically gather around 300 participants for each meeting and numerous MarBEF members from different partner institutes will attend. The list of plenary speakers at the conference includes members from six different partners. It will provide an excellent opportunity for MarBEF members to meet in a scientific context and for them to promote the best of European science to a global audience. At least 15 different MarBEF partner institutes are already involved in either the pre-conference MarBEF co-sponsored training course or in the conference as plenary or keynote speakers.
