For each item in the agenda a moderator and a rapporteur will be appointed in order to provide a kick-off meeting report to MARBEF coordinators and EU.
The meeting is structured into 4 sessions: (1) Scientific activities, (2) Workpackage responsibilities and schedules, (3) Reporting and response to EU evaluation, (4) Interaction with rest of MARBEF.
