Abstract:
The Scientific and Technical Information Service (STIS) is an information intermediary serving as well the scientific community, the profit and the non profit sector, as the public authorities. Its target users are typically the players in research and innovation. Fully integrated within the department of Federal Science Policy, it fulfils specific needs of this department, including its federal scientific institutes.
