Additional information Bathylasmatidae was recognised under Pachylasmatoidea by Buckeridge (1983) and Jones (2000). From molecular phylogenetic analysis in Chan et al. (2017), Bathylasmatidae was clustered with Tetraclitoidea in the same molecular clade, rather than with Balanoidea or Pachylasmatoidea.  [details]
