Diagnosis Test ovate in outline, flattened to ovate in section, chambers one-half coil in length, triloculine in chamber arrangement, three chambers visible from the exterior, chambers without a floor; wall calcareous, imperforate, porcelaneous; aperture a high arch or slit, enclosing a long slender tooth that is terminally inflated or bifid.
