Synonymy Scott & all (2000): "A. hadamaense is conspecific with A. gallowayi Loeblich and Tappan (1953) and thus A. hamadaense has priority. This is an example of the valid name being ignored in the European and North American literature because of a lack of knowledge of the Japanese collections." [details]
