Steiner (1919, p. 182) being aware of Zelinka's at that time unpublished monograph inadvertently combined Echinoderes spinosus Panceri, 1878 to Centropsis spinosus [sic!] Panceri, 1878. Zelinka (1928, pp. 271-272) being unaware of Steiner's (1919) combination of Echinoderes spinosus Panceri, 1878 to Centropsis spinosa [sic!] Panceri, 1878.
