The issue is dated 1911, although the title page of the issue mentions that it is printed in 1912. This has caused quite some confusion, as ICZN is not clear how to deal with this, and descriptions of taxa have been dated both 1911 and 1912. Biodiversity Heritage Library dates these conributions (correctly) as 1911, which is adopted here.
