The influence of microhabitat type on the community structure of nematodes associated with a cold-water coral degradation zone in the Porcupine Seabight (NE Atlantic) was investigated. more

A first overview of the nematode communities inhabiting cold-water coral degradation zones is presented through these data. The main focus within this dataset was on the influence of habitat type on the nematode community structure.
