Authority Date of publication is 1889 according to ITIS database; the authority has described some new species of the Oligochaeta. Probably is Enchytraeus arenarius later on placed in a new genus (Lumbricillus) which would explane the brackets af the authority in ITIS, but there is no proof of that at this point. [details]
