Etymology The specific epithet disticha is a Greek word meaning 'two-ranked' or 'arranged in two rows', and refers to the presence of aristate spines on two anterior chaetigers. [details]
Habitat Mud, at subtidal depths (27 m). [details]
Reproduction Eggs present in specimens collected in August and September, laterally within chaetigers 12-17 or 18, and up to 125 µm in diameter. [details]
