Status The order Chondrosida is in a 'molecular' flux, with changes following in rapid succession, the latest being that it consists of two unrelated groups (a newly erected order Chondrillida which includes Chondrilla and the Halisarcidae and a separate Chondrosiidae belonging to the order Verongida (see Redmond et al. 2013). We will await formal revision before the changes will be implemented. [details]
