Homonymy Erected to remove the homonymy of Halichondria reticulata Lieberkühn, 1859 with Halichondria reticulata (Bowerbank, 1866)...  
Homonymy Erected to remove the homonymy of Halichondria reticulata Lieberkühn, 1859 with Halichondria reticulata (Bowerbank, 1866) (originally as Hymeniacidon, but tranferred to Halichondria by Topsent (1894). The combination is also a junior secondary homonym of Halichondria topsenti (Ferrer Hernandez, 1918), originally as Menanetia. De Laubenfels' combination is considered a synonym of H. (H.) panicea, by which the homonymy has been removed. [details]
