Jon Thomassen Hestetun pointed out (2014) that apparently this report was published separately in 1920, and joined only subsequently with additional papers in the 1932 volume. Topsent (1920) cited this paper, which proves that it was already available at that time. Consequently, Arnesen's paper needs to be cited as 1920.
