This paper is the sixth in a series on the polychaetous annelids collected during the "I Expedición Cubano-Española" off the coast of Cuba. Methods and the list of the sampling stations and the numeration of samples were given in the first paper. This contribution includes 15 species of Sabellidae; 11 new to the Cuban fauna: Anamobaea oerstedi Kröyer, 1856; Megalomma heterops Perkins, 1984; Notaulax occidentalis (Baird, 1856); Notaulax nudicollis (Kröyer, 1856); Perkinsiana rubra (Langerhans, 1880); Demonax microphthalmus (Verrill, 1873); Chone americana Day, 1974; Oriopsis cf. hynensis Knight-Jones, 1983; and Oriopsis eimeri persinosa Ben-Eliahu, 1975. The species Perkinisiana rubra, Oriopsis cf. hynensis, and Oriopsis eimeri persinosa are new to the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico area. The specimens belonging to the species Anamobaea oerstedi, Notaulax sp., Demonax sp., Oriopsis cf. hynensis, and Oriopsis eimeri persinosa are described and ilIustrated
