Abstract
Recent research at eastern Mediterranean localities has uncovered a few interesting mollusks. For a few of these, their distribution range is increased. Empty shells of Cylindriscala and Dentalium were discovered and cannot be determined to species level. Chrysallida dollfusi (Kobelt, 1903) is recorded as frequent from shallow depths in Aegean waters. Trophon breviatus (Jeffreys, 1882) is found living in the Mediterranean proper and Lienardia mighelsi Iredale and Tomlin, 1917, an Indo-Pacific Turridae species is a newly recorded Lessepsian immigrant for the Mediterranean Sea. Mangelia (Mangiliella) callosa Nordsieck, 1977 and Parvicardium vroomi van Aartsen, Menkhorst & Gittenberger, 1984, are also rediscovered from the Aegean Sea.
