Abstract
    This volume is the third part of the work dealing with all known benthic species of Mediterranean Amphipoda. For each species, the following data are given: main synonyms, type locality, a detailed description of the male (or the female), and the main characteristics of the other sex, the known geographical distribution in the Mediterranean and the basic ecology.
