Expertise

I am a museum scientist and curator, working on systematics, collection management, database development, and with various other activities. My main interest is echinoderms, focusing on brittle stars (Ophiuroidea). My research integrates living and extinct taxa, based on morphological studies. I joined WoRMS as an editor in 2007, because I wanted to contribute to this invaluable resource. I strive to keep it as up-to-date as possible, in collaboration with Tim O'Hara of the Museum Victoria in Melbourne and Ben Thuy of the Natural History Museum in Luxemburg.

Taxonomic terms: Animalia [WoRMS]; Echinodermata [WoRMS]; Ophiuroidea [WoRMS]
