Abstract
    With aid of Differential Pulse Anodic Stripping Voltammetry (DPASV) a study is made of the interaction of copper with humic substances, extracted from a core out of the westside of the Wadden Sea. The results were a linear relationship between the copper-complexing capacity and the amount of humic substances in the solution. Some remarks are made about the deposition potentials used. The use of -900mV is recommended.
