Abstract
    In the period of April-August 1971 an inventory was made from the trematods by the following gasteropods in the western Waddensea: Littorina littorea L., Littorina saxatilis Olivi, Littorina obtusata L.,Hydrobia ulvae Pennant, en Hydrobia stagnorum Gmelin. The next trematodes were found with the different gastropods and described: Himasthla elongata, Podocotyle atomon,Microphallus pygmaeus, Renicola roscovita, Cryptocotyle lingua, Cercaria lebouri , Microphallus similis, Echinostome cercarie, Microcercaria spec., Cercaria misenensis, Cercaria lophocerca and Cercariaeum spec..
