Abstract
    Een bord vis of zeevruchten smaakt dubbel zo goed als je weet dat het product duurzaam is gevangen of gekweekt. Om daarbij te helpen verscheen eerder dit jaar een nieuwe editie van de Vis- en Zeevruchtengids. Deze gids is een initiatief van Ethic Ocean, ILVO en VLIZ en biedt betrouwbare informatie aan iedereen die professioneel met vis werkt: van restauranthouders en hotelscholen tot vissers, reders en vishandels. Maar ook voor de gewone consument is het uiterst leerrijk!
