Abstract
    This report presents the results of the monthly counts of waterbirds and marine mammals in the salt waters of the Delta area, SW-Netherlands during the period July 2003/June 2004 (hereafter indicated as 2003/2004). This report should be considered an addition to previous publications. Only the most remarkable recent developments in the waterbird and marine mammal populations of the 'Zoute Delta' are be presented in this report.
