Abstract
This project is an initiative of the Benthos Ecology Working Group van ICES. This project will collate as much as possible macrobenthos sample information collected between 1999 and 2001 in the North Sea. The individual partners retain ownership of their data, but the datasets are made available to the project to allow analysis of species composition and community structure, and to make a comparison with the 1986 North Sea Benthos Survey.
